How can I use the clips if they’re not supported by my editing program?

If your editing software does not support our file formats, you can convert the files into a format your program recognizes.

Beginner-friendly option

  • CloudConvert is a free online tool that can quickly repackage a file into another container format (for example, from MOV to MP4).

  • This is often all that’s needed to make a clip compatible with your editing program.

Advanced option

  • HandBrake is a free, open-source transcoder.

  • Unlike basic container changes, HandBrake lets you adjust technical settings like codec, frame rate, resolution, and compression.

  • This makes it a powerful choice if you need more control or if your editing program requires very specific formats.

Note: Both CloudConvert and HandBrake are third-party tools. While they can be useful, we cannot provide technical support for their installation or use.
