How can I use your video clips if they’re not supported by my editing program?

If your editing program doesn’t support our available video formats or codecs (MOV and MP4), you can use video transcoding software to convert the clip into a compatible format.

  • CloudConvert is a free online tool that can quickly repackage a file into another container format (for example, from MOV to MP4).

  • A popular open-source option is HandBrake, which has been widely used for many years to convert between common video formats.

Note: Both CloudConvert and HandBrake are third-party tools. While they can be useful, we cannot provide technical support for their installation or use.
