Occasionally, certain stock video or audio assets expire from our library and are no longer available for use within Maker. If your project happens to contain any of these expired assets, they may show up as empty space within the project preview and exported video.

More often than not, missing content issues stem from content that was uploaded to Maker, used within a project, and then deleted by a member. If a project is missing content that you uploaded, check to make sure that the assets are still available within the "My Uploads" in Maker. Any assets that are deleted from the upload manager will no longer be accessible within projects in Maker.
