Yes, if you want to prevent people within your organization from creating separate, individual Storyblocks subscriptions outside of your organization’s main account, you can provide your CSM with a list of email domains your organization uses that we can “flag” in our system.
If someone attempts to create an individual account using one of those domains, they will receive a notification that a subscription already exists and will be prompted to join your organization's plan instead.
The Account Administrator(s) will then receive a request for the individual attempting to join and will have the option to either approve or reject the request.
Putting this flag in place can help organizations and legal teams ensure there are no future licensing violations and that all of your organization’s users are on the same account. Given the size of many organizations and the way information is shared, it can be difficult to ensure every employee is using the correct Storyblocks license.
