Why am I am not receiving the email with the verification code to verify my account?

If you don't get your verification email, check your spam or junk folder for an email with the subject line "Your Storyblocks Login Verification Code" from support@storyblocks.com.

You may also need to add Storyblocks to your safe senders list by allowing our info before you can receive emails from us. If you're not sure how to add to your safe senders list, check the settings of your inbox provider, or pass this info along to your company's IT department.
