To upgrade your plan
If you’re on a plan that’s eligible for upgrading, you can find an Upgrade Plan button in the top navigation bar when you’re logged into your Storyblocks account. Clicking that button will take you to a page that shows you available plans that you can upgrade to. You can also find the upgrade button under your member billing page under Plan Information.
If you don’t see the upgrade button in your account, you can contact support@storyblocks.com and our team will help you get your account upgraded.
To downgrade your plan
To downgrade your Storyblocks plan, email our team at support@storyblocks.com and they can assist you in changing your current subscription.
