You can upscale any edit you've successfully generated with the AI Video Editor. Here's how:
Generate your edit with the AI Video Editor.
Once your edit is ready, select Upscale to 4K.
Review the number of credits required. You'll always see the total cost before you confirm.
Select Upscale to 4K to confirm and start upscaling.
When processing is complete, download your 4K video.
How long does upscaling take?
Upscaling usually takes about 10–30 seconds, though processing times may vary.
What happens if upscaling fails?
If upscaling doesn't complete, you'll see an error message and the credits used for the upscale will be refunded to your account. You can then try upscaling again.
Can I still download my original 720p video?
Yes, but we recommend downloading it before you upscale. Once you upscale, the download button in the editor gives you the 4K version, even if you're on the Original tab.
If you've already upscaled, you can still download the 720p version using the link in the email we sent when your edit was first ready. Your original edit stays available during its standard 24-hour window.
